What You’ll Do:

You'll be at the forefront of leading and managing complex projects within the broadcast industry, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Craft detailed project plans, outlining stages, tasks, and timelines;

• Coordinate and lead teams across various departments to achieve project objectives;

• Facilitate effective communication within the team and with clients, ensuring clarity and alignment;

• Track progress, identify potential issues early, and keep projects on schedule;

• Anticipate risks and develop strategies to mitigate them;

• Ensure timely delivery and manage client expectations to maintain satisfaction.

Requirements:

• +3 years of experience in demanding and fast-paced projects, with a focus on roles in an agile environment (preferred);

• Knowledge of the broadcast market and related technologies would be a plus;

• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in technical English (C1 level or higher);

• Strong organisational and planning skills, with a keen eye for detail;

• Proven ability to resolve conflicts and maintain positive interpersonal relationships;

• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams;

• Understanding of business ethics and organisational practices;

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace tools;

• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
