wTVision brought its expertise in real-time graphics to the FIBA U17 Women's Basketball World Cup 2024, enhancing the broadcast presentation of this global basketball event. Following a continuous partnership with FIBA that has been in place for many years, wTVision delivered dynamic and data-rich visuals that kept viewers informed and engaged throughout the tournament. A total of 56 games were played over 7 intense days of operation, in two venues simultaneuously in Mexico, highlighting the pace and dedication involved in the competition.
The graphics system integrated real-time data feeds, including live scores, player statistics, and team performance information, directly into the broadcast. This data was sourced from official FIBA partners and processed through wTVision’s cutting-edge Basketball CG software integrated with FIBA LiveStats and implemented with R³ Space Engine & Designer. The result was a seamless and visually striking on-screen presentation that highlighted key game moments.
wTVision also worked closely with FIBA to work closely on implementing their graphic package so the graphics followed the official branding guidelines. The system was designed to adapt to various broadcast requirements, enabling consistent delivery across multiple platforms and regions.
