For the second consecutive year, wTVision provided operation services for the 14th edition of the Tour of Qatar, Men and Women, and integrated its own GPS system to enrich the broadcast.

Designed and developed by wTVision, this integrated GPS system is a hardware and software solution to relay gps positioning data from TV crew's on the ground and in the air to a centralized location that aggregates the data and calculates trajectories, distances between groups, distances to the finish and maps all locations on a dynamic map available to the TV producer and for on-air graphics.

With three more operators traveling to Qatar, wTVision provided a full operation graphic service, including: integration with the official timers, data collection and graphics playout using wTVision’s dedicated software for cycling events, CyclingStats CG. This software solution was receiving the data in real-time from the GPS system during the whole event.
